I got these to go in a shower that has no lights in it, it's an older home. I read the instructions that stated not to use them in humid or wet places so I scrapped that idea. I instead used them in the kitchen. The motion sensing is superb and works very well. I placed one under the microwave/vent hood since the one that is in it is horrible. It lights up when i get close to the stove and illuminates the range the entire time I'm cooking. It is bright enough to light the range.

I have several similar rechargeable under cabinet lights from other stores and this one is my favorite. The sleek, slim housing is mostly aluminum and the build quality appears to be very solid. Unlike some similar lights the controls make sense and are easy to operate. The white acrylic diffuser gives a very uniform, soft illumination. Though I didn't time the light to see how long they last, the batteries last long enough that it's not an issue for me
